MK Ultra Strain Product Review

MK Ultra strain shares its name with something rather more sinister – a CIA project where this US intelligence agency experimented in the field of ‘mind control’. Fortunately, MK Ultra cannabis is not shady, or part of any government-sponsored espionage strategy – it’s a beloved marijuana strain that is enjoyed by pot enthusiasts all over the world.

As cannabis, MK Ultra strain is a hybrid of OG Kush and G-13 strains which was created by TH Seeds and has won awards, including first place in the Indica category in the 2003 High Times Cannabis Cup.

Its success in these competitions is owed to its potency and moderately high THC levels, which average around 22%. Recreational users state that the strain is so potent that novice users ought to avoid MK Ultra but that the feeling of relaxation it induces is intensely deep.

Medicinal users of MK Ultra highlight its stress relieving and pain-relieving properties as being amongst its many benefits.

While MK Ultra strain packs a punch when consumed, growing, it is a relatively more gentle learning curve. The strain is quite resistant to diseases, and it grows very well indoors.

After 8-9 weeks, it flowers, producing luscious buds. Yields for indoor growth are around 12 ounces per square metre, and it will generate 6 ounces per plant when grown outdoors.
