Blazer GT8000 Big Shot Butane Torch Product Review
The Blazer GT8000 Big Shot Butane Torch features a brass anti-flame ignition assembly that’s protected inside the Japanese stainless steel nozzle. Also, a nylon resin surrounds the large fuel tank of the Blazer Big Shot and provides an exceptional non-slip grip.
The GT8000 has one of the world’s first piezo instant ignition systems, eliminating the need for external igniters. The Big Shot brand pioneered the self-igniting systems that are now an industry standard.
The Blazer Big Shot dab torch provides a consistently powerful flame with 2500 wind resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and field use. The extra-wide base also provides additional stability in any environment.
The design of the Blazer Big Shot is intended for a low blow-out rate when held in various positions, where access is difficult or when space is limited.
Piezoelectric energy occurs when the trigger is activated. This releases a spring-loaded internal hammer that strikes a crystal, producing a spark and resulting in gas flame ignition.
The Big Shot GT8000 has a continuous burn time of roughly 25 minutes at maximum volume and also has a 35-gram capacity.
